Clashes in Antigone      There were three fundamental clashes that made Antigone and Creon conflict as savagely as they did. To begin with, was the contention of the individual versus the state, where Antigone spoke to the individual and Creon the lord, the state. The subsequent clash can be depicted as following ones still, small voice and standards as opposed to observing the law carefully. In this contention Antigone settles on choices dependent on her inner voice and standards while Creon is the exacting well behaved ruler. At long last, the primary and most significant strife, which is like the subsequent clash, is the discussion of good and celestial law versus human law. In this most significant dispute Creon carefully watches human laws and Antigone adheres to the celestial or good laws. Creon’s convictions and his reluctance to change at last reason the ruin of Creon and everybody that he thinks about.      Through the three generally related clashes we are given an image of why and for what causes Creon and Antigone battle. Creon speaks to the laws of the world, while Antigone speaks to the laws of the spirit. This makes evident clashes over the span of life.
